As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe in treating the mind, body and spirit of the client's I work with. I believe it is important to collaborate with my clients; identifying any of the biological, psychological, and social stressors and factors influencing their mind, behaviors and/or relationships. I work with clients to explore what therapeutic modality, whether that be interventions such as CBT, DBT and/or mindfulness, is the best fit for them in alleviating their distress and struggles.
