Therapy is a cooperative work in which the client learns skills to self manage emotional states, cognitive restructuring, and learns to interpret what somatic indicators may mean. I draw on the knowledge of Hakomi Therapy and Internal Family Systems, which stress a self led process that focuses on mindfulness and stabilization. My practice serves men and women, ages 15 to 70, with all manner of issues. I have specialized training in recovery from sexual issues, chemical dependency, and trauma.
