About:
Lee Babitt joined One Investment Group in 2011 as a Real Estate Associate bringing in over 25 years of industry experience in Healthcare Facility Construction, Multifamily Property Investments and Commercial Real Estate Development and Management.

Lee graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and actively began his independent career in commercial real estate by acquiring multi-family apartment buildings in the Northeast, improving cosmetic/mechanical facilities and NOI, ultimately selling the properties to investors. Inspired by an active involvement in effectuating increased value via building improvements, Lee created a construction company in 1991, initially formed to streamline this process. Over the past two decades, his company became the prominent leader in Dental Office, Medical Imaging Center and Ambulatory Surgical Center office design and construction.

Lee is a dynamic and forward-thinking problem-solver, with a keen recognition and appreciation for property potential and a strong focus on facility/income development, client relationships and real estate investments. He received his Florida, NJ and PA real estate sales licenses in 2011, and established residency in South Florida, continuing to maintain business activity in both Florida and the Northeast. In addition to Lee’s professional achievements and responsibilities, his philanthropic desire and passion to “give back” motivated him to volunteer personal full-time commitment and his organization’s construction management, staff and energy to an $8 million historic restoration of the 84 year old Count Basie Theater located in Red Bank, NJ, which was completed ahead of schedule in just 3 and a half months in 2008, with a donated cost savings of $2,000,000. After the renovation, Lee organized at the Basie, “Band Together for Survival”, a unique, multi-act concert event orchestrated to raise awareness of breast cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.
