Lee met with Dell's (SFDC)Salesforce dot com IT team in India, Dell's M&A SFDC IT team, Dell's M&A Partner Team, Dell's Channel Direct team, Dell's End User Customer Data Integration Team and more. He identified details and collaborated with organizations to identify a golden record and what is "most right" or "most correct". These details were translated into SQL and Apex data extraction to produce the needed data.
This enabled the Customer Data Integration team to accurately identify and communicate account characteristics in hour(s) as opposed to previous days....
This information enabled M&A Partner deals to be migrated more seamlessly. As a result, a clear view and understanding of the data was enabled with less escalations. An average of four days of time has been saved in project delivery.
