After graduating from the University of Colorado, Dr. Chang completed his dermatology residency and Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship at the University of Iowa and is board certified. Over the years, he developed an interest in Procedural Dermatology. He devotes his time to care for patients with skin cancer, varicose veins and cosmetic needs. He provides the following services to his patients: Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer, IPL for facial blemishes, and dermatological surgery.
