Complete, quality and ethical evaluations involve listening to and education of the patient. Psychotherapy and pharmachology are typically both required. The first appointment is for an hour and a half. Subsequent visits are often indicated to be 50 min. and later may be 25 min. at a frequency we agree upon. I see adults and adolescents and also address as appropriate, relationship issues as well as issues involving Christian/religion/psychiatry interfaces.
