Philosophy:
I have been in therapy myself at various times in my life when I was dealing with some difficult issues and my experiences as a patient have guided my style as a therapist. I focus on improving people's relationships with others and with themselves. I have been trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist, but I will borrow from other therapeutic approaches if it seems like those techniques will be most helpful to a particular patient of mine.
