My work style is informed by curiosity and is collaborative, supportive and informal. I'm skilled with cognitive and behavioral therapy techniques and have found these, along with irreverence, to be powerful tools for change. A therapeutic relationship alone can often be enough to permit people to become ?unstuck? when feeling trapped, frustrated or hopeless. Still, at times the addition of medication can be invaluable in facilitating positive change. I'm pleased to be able to offer both.
