Laura has lived in the Duval/Clay area since 1974. Prior to becoming a Real Estate professional, Laura practiced as a Registered Nurse (RN) for twelve years and taught at FCCJ. In 1997, Laura with her husband Lee started Graham Properties, Incorporated, which buys, renovates, and sells residential homes. It was this venture that led Laura and Lee into full-time Real Estate service. In 2001 Laura earned her Florida Real Estate License and has worked for RE/MAX Specialists in Orange Park, Florida since 2002. Since becoming a real estate professional Laura has averaged selling 37 properties a year earning her RE/MAX’s prestigious 100% CLUB award 4 times. In addition, Laura has been acknowledged as a Top Lister by RE/MAX Specialists listing an average of 23 properties a year and selling 97.8% of these properties. Laura’s negotiating skills are highlighted in the 96.13% of the list price that her listings sell for. Laura is committed to continuing her education and sharpening her professional skills.
