Consisting of Kristopher Kent a veteran broker/salesman coming from Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate and Ricky Beach, a veteran buyer's agent of Keller Williams Group One. Mr. Kent has sold well over 100 properties in the past year ranging from vacant to residential homes to small commercial and multi-family up to 15 units. Mr. Kent began his career in Real Estate in 2000 working for Kent's Real Estate Development on the property management side. After graduating from the University of Nevada in 2005, Mr. Kent joined Century 21 Goldcrest Properties working primarily in the field of Broker Valuations of distressed real property. In the beginning of 2006 Mr. Kent foresaw the eminent market crash and went back into the specialization of REO and Bank Owned Property. After Several years of success, Century 21 Goldcrest Properties merged with The Select Group of Northern California to form Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate. Mr. Kent was a top producer for the company helping sell upwards of 15 Million in volume before forming Renown Real Estate Services. <br/><br/>Ricky Beach, Managing Broker of Renown Real Estate Services hailed from Keller Williams Group One, serving as a Buyer's Agent helping families find their dream homes. Ricky is known for his exceptional management skills, his ability to negotiate through the toughest markets to get his clients what they need.
