Having relocated to Philadelphia from Chicago, I quickly found my niche within the business, civic, and social circles of the City. These strategic relationships offer a huge buying and selling network and benefit THE DALY GROUP and our clients in Greater Philadelphia and nationally.<br /><br />As a licensed PA Broker and licensed in NJ, Kristin Daly has served as an elected member of her firm's Leadership Council, a Board Member of the Professional Women’s Roundtable, and as an active member of the South of South Neighborhood Association. Colleagues fondly call her a “connector”. <br /><br />As Founder of SWCC Run, Inc., THE DALY GROUP hosts an annual 5K run/walk through the City of Philadelphia, specifically Graduate Hospital neighborhood. To date, the event has contributed over $10,000 toward area beautification.<br /><br />Kristin holds BA and BS degrees from University of Illinois and spent a year studying in Quito, Ecuador. The proceeds from the event are invested back into the neighborhood in the form of beautification efforts. To date, SWCC Run, Inc. has donated over $15,000! Kristin and her husband, Brian, live in the City with their two sons, Leo and Colt.</p>
