Before earning her Delaware Real Estate Salesperson License Krista’s work history included several customer service oriented positions. She was the Office Manager at a local surveying and engineering firm in Dover. During her 15 years of employment with Donovan Associates/Braun Engineering & Surveying she became familiar with many of the Delaware agencies, conducting property searches and deed research on State and County levels. As well as preparing and filing documents with City of Dover, Kent County and Delaware offices and preparation of legal descriptions. With knowledge in these areas, Krista decided to make a career change. She obtained her Real Estate license and became part of First Class Properties in Dover. From contract to close, Krista will make sure that her buyers have all the necessary information about their new location and home. When working with sellers, Krista will make sure they are just as comfortable with the process of selling their home. She will keep her clients informed with up to date specifics on the marketing of their home as well as all aspects relevant to their closings. Performing such tasks as ordering and scheduling the inspections necessary to satisfy the contract and coordinating the closing date and time with the attorneys and lenders. Krista’s mission is making families happy and seeing them through a very important part of their life. <br />Krista is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kent County Association of Realtors, and Delaware Association of Realtors. Krista was born in Wilmington, DE and moved to Dover, with her family in 1973. Krista enjoys the diversity that Dover has to offer, as well as the surrounding areas. Whether catching a picnic lunch at one of the many local parks, enjoying a walk through Old Dover, taking a drive through the countryside, or enjoying the nightlife of the local restaurants and casinos, Dover offers many enjoyable activities. Some of Krista’s favorite things are cooking, reading, going to the beach, catching a good movie, and spending time with family and friends. She is a huge animal lover and resides in Dover with her 2 cats and 1 dog.
