My main job as a therapist is to listen - with my ears, my eyes and with my hands. Every new class I take just teaches me new ways to listen. Having heard what is up, as accurately as possible, I can then meet that thing - whether it is pain, or tension, or restriction, or some untold story - in a way that allows it to let go. my clients leave my office feeling more relaxed, of course, but also more aligned, more balanced, sometimes more energized and generally more whole.
