I do my best to keep focused on my most important passions: family, friends, and my career. While much of my family lives out-of-state, I am blessed to be a part of my fiancé, Lauren Stewart's, family. Lauren is the daughter of Bill and Connie Stewart. Bill began his real estate career in Ventura in 1984. As Bill sold real estate, Connie took charge of property management. Today, Connie and Lauren work property management while Bill and I handle sales.<br/><br/>As a real estate broker, I runThe Paffrath Organization. I strongly believe it is impossible to run a successful business without passion. Passion is an unbelievable motivator; it creates the drive to get up at 5:00 a.m. every day, meet clients when it is convenient for them, and to put one's self in the shoes of the client. I don't believe that passion can be faked. Passion either exists or it doesn't. My passion is helping my clients. I want to see them succeed in the long-run. Aside from, "No-Pressure Agent," I like to consider myself my clients' "Realtor for Life."
