Simply put....I love what I do. Wheather it is finding customers their very first house, helping an expanding family find a bigger place to call home or downsizing clients who just don´t want to mow a lawn anymore. I just enjoy all aspects of being a Realtor. It can be an exciting, but stessful time. With my experience and a healthy sense of humor, I have brought my clients to the closing table with a smile. I have been a Realtor for 8 years and was an apprasier for 6 years prior to getting into the sales end of Real Estate for a total of 14 years of experience in all. I feel as though the combination of the two gives me a strong sense of what a property is really valued at which is very important on both the Selling side and the Buying side of real estate. In the end, any property will be bought or sold at the right price...it´s just a matter of finding it....and that is my job. <br />The First Time Home Buyer has a special place in my heart....I can remember being in that position...wanting a home and not knowing where to start. For this reason I really enjoy helping people understand the process from beginning to end. It is so very important to know what is happening as it happens so there is a level of comfort in knowing the process.<br /> With the economy in the state that it is in, unfortunately lots of homeowners have found themselves "upside down" or "under water" and not able to keep up with their mortgage payments. If this is the case, a Short Sale may be a good option to explore. I can guide you step by step in this sometimes very emotional, confusing transaction. It has been my experience that though these sales can take lots of time and patience, it can be a very beneficial option to have.
