LifeTransitions Counseling strives to schedule substance abuse & mental health assessments within one week of first request. The following areas are treated: Addictions, Mental Health, Life Changes, Trauma related issues, and SAP (Substance Abuse Counselor) for DOT (Department of Transportation) connected individuals. Continued Care services offers areas of ongoing support for maintaining chemical abstinence (also Buphenorphine), skill building, and relapse prevention training.
