Philosophy:
My approach to treating and caring for patients is focused on patient education and understanding. I spend a lot of time with patients on their first visit, explaining to them the etiology of their current condition and the possibilities for treatment. I often hear the statement "You're very thorough" or "I've never had a foot exam like that before." This is because the patient will have a more successful outcome if they understand the underlying factors leading up to their appointment.
