She has been enjoying the benefits of a steady yoga practice since May 2009. In May 2011, Kelly was certified in Hot Yoga and Hot Power Fusion style instruction. In February 2013, Kelly became certified as a vinyasa level 1 instructor. Kelly currently teaches for CorePower Yoga based out of Denver, Colorado as well as providing private lessons. Kelly delights in all variations of yoga, including bikram based—hot yoga, a power—vinyasa style, yoga with weights and restorative yoga.<br /><br />A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Denver she enjoys city living with the mountains at her fingertips.<br /><br />Kelly Rose Tierney would love to help you get moving
