Philosophy:
Dr. K.M. Kavoussi has been providing care for infertility and gynecology patients in the Austin area for over 25 years. After his residency training at the Bayview campus of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, he completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Maryland. He has extensive experience performing complex laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures as well as treating patients with ovulation induction, hormonal problems, intrauterine insemination (IUI),da Vinci robot-assisted tubal reversals and myomectomies, congenital uterine anomlies, reconstructive operative laparoscopy with harmonic ultrasound, treatment of uterine fibroids, and hysteroscopic restoration of uterine cavity to treat infertility.
Dr. Kavoussi has called Austin home for over 30 years and is truly passionate about bringing his vast experience in assisting women in the community to achieve pregnancies and build their families. He is a pioneer in minimally invasive surgery to treat women for infertility and to allow them to return to everyday life faster and with an easier recovery.
