I was born and raised in Citrus County. I currently reside in Inverness and I absolutely love this area. I am married with 3 children and two of the three are enrolled in the Citrus County School System, which we take pride to be apart of. The schools are wonderful and our community is safe and friendly. <br /><br />My former career was in sales for an international heavy building materials company for residential and commercial buildings. I worked closely with General Contractors to help them get the materials they needed to build a home at a competitive price. <br /><br />After the building boom died down and our economy had hit ROCK bottom, it was time to move on. From there, I decided to become a Realtor. I figured I had learned all I could about what it takes to build a home and now I was ready to learn how to sell these same homes and many others. <br /><br />As we all know, when the building boom crashed, so did real estate!! So what a GREAT time to start selling! (lol) Actually, that was my mentality...I knew there was so much to learn and from what I understood, most people spend the first year or two building their contacts anyways. With the real estate phone NOT ringing, this was a great time to focus on paperwork and educate myself in the market. <br /><br />I am happy to say the market is finally on an upward trend and I have done my "homework". I enjoy helping home buyers and sellers as well as educating them on the market.
