(Mary Oliver, poet) I encourage my clients to aim for more than simple "symptom reduction" - encouraging them to develop the clarity of vision and the skills that will enable them to live vitally and fully their "one wild and precious life". How will You live yours? Working as a licensed psychologist for over 20 years, I am well versed in various therapeutic approaches and techniques, both traditional and more holistic, to help you answer that question. I have worked with people of almost every age range and with many different "diagnoses". Currently, I primarily work with individual adults, doing traditional 50 minute in-office therapy sessions. I plan soon to start offering other services- sessions via Skype, leading psycho-educational workshops, and facilitating JourneyDance classes.
