I have effectively marketed properties throughout the greater Boston area, to help my sellers to achieve the best price possible for their properties through creative selling strategies. As a first-time buyer and seller specialist, I am an expert at educating and guiding clients through the process of selling or buying their first home. I also specializes in working with investors and contractors in the conversion and renovation of historic buildings, including a major design and renovation of my own South End condo in 2005. Redesigning homes to either get them sold quickly or help buyers to visualize the home of their dreams is also a specialty service I provide. I hold my Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) and have expertise in helping homeowners navigate through the process of negotiating with their lender when they have difficulty paying their mortgage. I am an active member of the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay, where I am currently the co-chair of the Graffiti NABBers, working to remove graffiti and protect historic buildings from being defaced.
