My goal is to provide quality care for the whole patient through medications, but also with an emphasis on listening and educating my patients. Even the best medications aren't effective if a patient is unclear of the benefits or afraid of the unknown side effects. At the same time, exercise, changes in diet, counseling, or even time and patience can help instead of a pharmacologic medication. By educating patients, that fear or lack of knowledge can be changed into an effective treatment.
