As a resident of South Boston’s City Point neighborhood for 12 years, Katherine with her husband and three children truly love the community and the recreational lifestyle it offers. As a licensed real estate agent since 1998, Katherine enjoys helping her clients buy and sell real estate with a personal service philosophy. Katherine has successfully closed a high volume of residential transactions both as a Buyer’s Agent, Seller’s agent and Rental Agent throughout the downtown neighborhoods of Boston. <br />Katherine began her real estate career on Newbury St. in Boston’s Back Bay as a rental agent and thereafter as Rental Director. As a normal progression, her rental clients eventually became home buyers and Katherine’s services extended to assisting first time home buyers, move-up buyers and experienced investors throughout South Boston, the Back Bay, the South End, Beacon Hill and the Boston Waterfront. She has helped buyers, sellers and developers with the purchase and sale of new construction condominiums, condo conversions, brownstones, lofts and single-family residences. <br />After many years of success assisting clients as a residential real estate agent, she took on a new challenge and became the exclusive in-house agent for a successful Boston builder and development firm overseeing the marketing and sales of their multi-million dollar mixed-use developments throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore. Katherine was promoted to Assistant Project Manager, responsible for multiple mixed-use projects throughout Massachusetts. These projects ranged from ground-up projects to complete gut rehab projects. <br />These multitude of roles and real estate experiences have provided Katherine with the knowledge and expertise to assist her real estate clients with the most trusted advice and guidance when buying, selling or renting in Boston.
