I believe that many people are at a loss as to how to create and support their own emotional healing. It is my hope that I can help teach and provide an environment in my work that allows the inner drive for healing to express itself to help heal the emotional pain of the individuals with whom I work. I use a variety of approaches including the use of sand tray, play therapy for children, and EMDR, but always strive to fit the approach to the person as not all techniques work for everyone.
