Therapy is a collaboration between the client and the therapist, working together to achieve the client's goals. I believe in a holistic approach, and I frequently recommend the use of other therapies such as, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, reading and homework, and exercise. I also refer clients for medication evaluation when needed.
