I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, and Registered Nurse with over 30 years in the mental health field. I can succssfully guide you through a difficult period in a warm and understanding therapeutic environment, and have experienced excellent results helping those suffering from smptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, and varied health problems. I also have the ability to connect with people suffering from the remnants of severe trauma, as well as the proficiency to teach those suffering how to "self-soothe" and process their emotions in a more functional manner. I can facilitate insight into the possible causes of most distress you might have. Once understood, we can then redefine any life goals you might wish to pursue. In so doing, losses can be grieved, communication between parties can be improved, and a successful approach toward resolution of most issues can proceed.
