I have years of Call Center Experience, computer, telephone, communication, sales & customer service experience that I have accumulated over the years beginning with my employment at Holiday Inns Inc. through West Corp ending in 2014 which I worked in addition to my CNA jobs. I have also been using MsOffice applications at home and work since 2000. Currently MsOffice 2010 including MsWord, MsExcel, MsOutlook, MsAccess, and MsPowerPoint.
