Philosophy:
As a NYS LMT, I believe in using techniques which help your body heal. I specialize in slow deep/very deep connective tissue work but have found many bodies respond to very gentle work. Although my massages are not always Spa relaxation type many clients relax to the point of falling asleep. I work with a local chiropractor and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine to assist their patients as needed. If you have cancer or serious heart issues, contact your doctor before receiving massage.
