Philosophy:

I believe most people can benefit from acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture is a wonderful addition to a regular stress reduction routine as well as helpful in giving relief to those suffering from chronic conditions. I take a gentle approach to acupuncture. I believe acupuncture should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I use a lot of massage and trigger point release tehniques as well as acupuncture techniques to release muscular tension. We work together with the patient to meet your personal health goals.
