Justin Smith
Justin has demonstrated an excellent sense of ownership since the beginning of the year. Justin inserts himself and proactively makes offers to customers to anticipate their needs in an action oriented way. Justin’s customers see him as a member of the team rather than a support person. Also, Justin has demonstrated a strong understanding of the business which has proven very useful to our customers. He offered opinions and advice to help guide outcomes. One of Justin’s customers has expressed his endorsement by commenting that he would definitely consider Justin for a role in his department. In addition, one of Justin’s strengths shows in the way he organizes his thought process. He is very methodical and is very process oriented, which is critical for a Risk Manager role as it has allowed him to anticipate when breakdowns may occur and get ahead of the problem. Justin is seen as a key partner to the business which showcases his tremendous customer focus.
