My interest in real estate began during high school. I was self-employed and worked very hard to afford my first property. I grew up in Massachusetts until 1992, when I attended the University of New Hampshire to pursue a degree in biology. After graduating in 1998, I had fallen in love with the seacoast area and wanted to pursue career opportunities in the area. My focus from biology had shifted to construction, so I started my own company, Oxland Builders. Completing renovations and building high-end spec homes solidified my interest. Along the way I also started investing in rental properties and increased their value with my own sweat equity. Making the move from swinging the hammer to agent seemed very natural to me because friends and family members were frequently asking me for real estate advice. I decided to get my license to continue to help individuals with my knowledge and experience.I am committed to finding the right match for each individual buyer.
