Philosophy:

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I believe in addressing pain and stress in alternative ways before, or in conjunction with allopathic/Western medicine, depending on the kind of pain. For the day to day stresses of life and work, and repetitive stress injuries and conditions commonly occurring with those stresses, I find massage to be paramount in health care.
