Philosophy:
I help women struggling with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult life transitions, chronic illness and other issues. I empower and help women increase their self esteem and confidence, facilitating the process of taking back control of their lives. I help families going through tough moments such as divorce, parent-child conflict or strained marriages. I also work with adolescents who are struggling with self identity, finding their place in the world and transitioning into adulthood. I have a growth-oriented approach and enjoy working with women who are looking to understand themselves and find meaning in their lives.
I started my training as a medical doctor in Argentina and the UK, where I accrued significant experience in the field of psychiatry. I then pursued graduate studies in psychotherapy in the US, where I worked in a wide range of settings treating people with diverse issues and needs.
I am bilingual and bicultural and offer services in Spanish. My international experience in the field of medicine and psychotherapy has given me a well rounded platform from which to help people restore a sense of balance in their lives and move forward in their developmental journey.
