As a speech-language pathologist, I believe communication is a fundamental need and cornerstone for every human being. Therefore, I believe everyone should be given access to quality speech therapy, the means to effective communication, and support when communication is difficult. I work with patients and families to allow for maximum communicative effectiveness by evaluating and treating dysphagia (swallowing problems), articulation, voice, fluency , receptive language, and expressive language.
