A foodie by vice, I love trying new fare, cook whenever possible and enjoy experimenting with craft beer and plate pairings – preferably with company. I lead an active lifestyle; play basketball and soccer whenever possible. I’m an avid golfer, and when free time was abundant I boasted a 4 handicap (professional and academic life took their toll, and my skills have since waned considerably). My travels led me about Eastern and Western Europe, and the Caribbean finds me basking on its shores every summer. I am passionate about music, play the guitar, bass, drums, and take full advantage of live performances when possible. When in need of quiet time to let my mind wander, I’m often found wading in a stream, knee deep in current, hoping the cast of a fly will reward me with a prize winning trout and a temporary respite from worries.
