I have a private practice in Saugerties, New York specializing in the treatment of people with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and bereavement. Using a combination of therapies within a brief therapy model of 8 to 12 sessions, I encourage the recipient to identify thought patterns and self beliefs that inhibit change. Through the teaching of psychological tools and showing examples of how to implement these tools, I facilitate the recipient to mold the tools to their experience.
