Created and implemented a standardized new client set up packet process and set up packet order form. These two items were so successful in my office that I was asked to roll them out to the entire company. Offices that embraced these items were able to increase their overall efficiency, increase their set up packet completion percentages, and decrease their critical missing items percentages. Created Paycom overview training process, Paycom overview training video, and Paycom overview training outline Helped create an updated version of the new client set up packet and trained the entire sales organization on how to use it. 1st Transition Specialist to train a new transition specialist that did not have any previous Paycom system knowledge other than one week of corporate training. He is now a very successful member of our transition team.
