Philosophy:

Dr Farrell's primary interest is helping people get better. Sports Medicine is his surgical specialty w/ trauma being a natural adjunct. His most valuable skill is the dx & repr of elusive knee & shoulder problems. Arthroscopic knee surg are his most common surgical procedures w/ rotator cuff repairs & shoulder fractures. Trauma especially fractures of the shoulder, clavicle, hip, femur, tibia & patella, along w/ tendon tears of the elbow, shoulder and knee is the remainder of his practice.
