I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1988 with a B.A. in Business Administration and Management degree.<br/><p>Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was the CEO/President of Pepe's Tamales Inc.<br/>Pepe's Tamales gained majority market share by developing successful strategic marketing & innovative selling solutions to meet and exceed customer needs. Consequently, I successfully launced annual sales to an all time high of over $1.2 million within 6 years.<br/>In addition, I managed multiple locations while maintaining the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. That is, until the customer is completely satisfied will the company prosper.<br/>My personal characteristics include a high level of dedication to work, strong personal values of honesty and integrity, a professional manner, and the ability to handle stress well. I thrive on creating innovative ideas that work.<br/>It has always been a goal of mine to provide excellent customer service. It has become second nature for me, so it only makes sense to place myself into a career that fully utilizes my abilities.<br/>As a professional Real Estate agent I assist sellers in marketing their property and selling it at the highest possible price in the least amount of time. When I act as a Buyer's agent, I assist buyers by helpng them purchase a home for the best price possible.</p>
