Real estate can mean different things to different people. For some the enjoyment of raising children in a comfortable house for years and watching them grow & develop memories is priceless. For others, downsizing to an urban condo surrounded by amenities from a large house can be your objective. While others may desire an investment in an asset that appreciates into a college fund or part of a retirement plan. On the other hand, the fear of experiencing turbulent times like what this country saw in it's last recession is fresh in everyone's minds and something everyone hopes doesn't happen to them or others. I've been provided both the joy & turbulence of growing up in a real estate family and following my Dad's footsteps for over 20 years now and experiencing it myself for the last 10 years. I've experienced all the roller coasters associated with this industry and how it can bring out emotions in the best of us. <br /><br />Over the years, I've grown a real appreciation for the smart decisions my Father made when I was growing up and how it has benefited my family over the years based on all his hard work. As I've grown into my real estate career in the last 10 years, I've always wanted to live up to the same expectations to make my family proud and also to try and help others achieve their goals. In this day with all the technological advancements out there and how easy it is to see homes online & communicate with each other via social media, I want to focus on the ultimate objective. Why? It can be truly amazing how much information is out there via social media channels, the media, the internet, etc. How do you process everything? Who do you trust? Sometimes all these questions & information can be overwhelming, especially in such an important decision. As I've gained experienced, I've learned that having a proven process with systems in place to make buying or selling real estate less of a roller coaster ride is important. I've learned that utilizing these systems to their best capacities to place objectivity in a process that gets emotional and to help you achieve your goals & dreams is the greatest feeling.
