Philosophy:
People seek out therapy for a variety of reasons and finding a therapist can be a daunting task. My goal is to provide a comfortable environment in which to discuss tough issues and increase awareness, while creating real solutions. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, my approach is collaborative in nature. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy with a blend of dialectical behavior therapy and EMDR.
