The ASHRAE Technology Awards program recognizes outstanding achievement in the design and operation of energy-efficient buildings. Award was for the design of the Issaquah Firestation #72. The project achieved a first year Energy Use Index (EUI) of 23KBtu/SF/yr. This is 1/4 the energy use of a typical regional fire station.
