I'm very knowledgeable with multiple PC programs (ADP, Microsoft Word, Windows 7/8, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Point of Sale systems, Odyssey used for graphic line art), I took multiple courses on dealing with the public and how to obtain their trust and get the sale, phone training seminars, Service Advisor training courses (through GM), training courses on how NOT to lose the sale, courses on how to difuse an upset customer...and what keywords to use and ones to avoid. All of which I learned during my 13+ years as a Sevice Consultant at the New-Car Dealers. I learned how to design signs and graphics using the Odyssey program of graphic line art. I would then construct the signs that I designed using various sizes and types of metals. This was done during my employment at Atlas Flasher and Supply Co.
