A fax storage and retrieval system comprised of a fax receiving module configured to receive a plurality of facsimile documents from a plurality of fax devices. A document attribute module is provided, configured to allow a user to associate each incoming fax document to a unique attribute set. A fax page splitter module is also provided, configured to split images of each of the facsimile documents to individual image pages.
