The present invention relates to health care, and more particularly to a dynamic and mobile platform for providing comprehensive health care record and workflow management, including management of medical billing, that can be configured for healthcare professionals who do not necessarily practice from a single location, and may practice frequently from locations outside of their primary practice location. The technology provides a health care data capture, analysis and user interface solution that simplifies and expedites the billing procedure for healthcare professionals. Additionally, the technology described herein supports healthcare professionals who may work as a team, and need to communicate and collaborate with each other while rendering their services.
