<p>John Taylor was born and raised in Troutdale, Oregon. He graduated from the University of Oregon in 1992 with a BA in Political Science. Shortly after graduating he received his license to sell real estate. Over his 17 year career in real estate John Taylor has successfully sold over 1,000 homes and 1000+ build‐able lots of land. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, National REO Brokers Association and the Portland Metro Association of Realtors. John is experienced in all aspects of real estate including: new home marketing and sales, condo marketing and sales, short sales, REO's, and foreclosures, land acquisition and entitlement, lot and land sales, investment properties, (single family, apartment and commercial), 1031 exchange and residential resale.<br/><br/>John's mission is to provide quality cash flowing properties to investors locally, nationally and internationally. Our team is trained to quickly identify properties that fit our investors' goals and help them purchase these assets.<br/><br/>John brings with him, 25 licensed agents that are trained in REO properties specializing in all areas of Portland for listings as well as a full team of professionals in the 26 states where we have cash flowing investment properties for under $50,000</p><p>We specialize in selling turnkey investment properties with inplace cashflow. Our homes are rehabbed and have an installment contract purchase in place. Our homes range from $21,500 to $50,000 and provide thousands of dollars of yearly cash flow. Many of our investors are using Self Directed IRA's to purchase these homes and help build or re-build their retirement.
