Philosophy:
After practicing orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine for 28 years, I believe that conservative approaches are appropriate in many cases. Surgery needs to be an option that is carefully weighed against its risks and the benefit of non-surgical care. If surgery is necessary, it must be as minimally invasive as possible to allow for a more pain-free and speedy recovery. My partners at Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists and I all share this commitment to cutting edge care for our patients.
