Develop a regional plan to prevent an anticipated "carpet" of suburban development (a Megalopolis) covering the entire Northeast from Boston to Washington, DC. Proposed a regional planning scheme of sub-centers developed around piazza town centers and along new Monorail transportation routes built along existing highways and main arteries. The existing railroad system was, at that point, in terminal "dis-assembly" throughout the Northeast. To facilitate this massive new development of housing and commercial structures, an "Assembly Line" fabrication system utilizing modular components made of fiberglass reinforced plastics such ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) was designed using a combination of sizes to enable trucking components to a job site..
