I am still hired by builders and remodelers to consult and help design their projects. Knowing how a home is put together from the footers of the foundation to the ridge of the roof allows my client to access invaluable knowledge. I am serious about structure, detail and functionality. I speak my mind and let my clients know my thoughts, even if it may be curbing their enthusiasm. I don't want any scary surprises down the road. For my sellers there have been numerous times that I have politely and tactfully informed a home inspector that he is mistaken. Sports, building, kids, community!

I grew up and still reside in the Philadelphia Suburbs where I currently sell Real Estate. I have been a Realtor since late 2004. Before then I earned my keep as a master carpenter who built homes. I still stay a little active in construction as it helps my current business. In the past couple of years I have been involved in over a dozen "house recycles" as I like to call them. Find a distressed or old property, sell it to a builder, consult and help design a new reborn home, and then resell the finished product. Very Satisfying. <br /> <br />I am also the proud father of five intelligent children who give me plenty to do. They constantly amaze me with their skills and abilties from sports to music to academics. My beautiful wife, Stacy, teaches toddlers at the Haverford School for Boys. <br /> <br />Living in Havertown, I pride myself on being the Havertown Specialist for Real Estate. Knowing about the Real Estate in Havertown is knowing about the community I live in. Havertown is a great community and I enjoy looking at the different homes and neighborhoods. With five children in the school district I feel a vested interest in Havertown and so do most of the people that live here.
